What Counts as a Request?

One clearly defined outcome.

Think deliverables, not a long thread of messages.

Examples of 1 Request:

What does NOT count?

Micro-tasks that support the same outcome are bundled:

  • Minor edits / tweaks
  • File renaming
  • Clarification questions
  • Fixing small typos

How the queue works: All requests go through one inbox. During 9 to 5 coverage, we triage and assign same day. Requests are handled in queue based on priority and plan level.

First response means acknowledgement and assignment. Completion time depends on complexity.
